If you haven’t already started your holiday shopping, it is time. This year with so many people choosing to stay home and shipping gifts instead of attending large gatherings, it is a great time to indulge in animal watercolors from Liz Covington.

Mix and match animal prints and use primary and secondary colors in the artwork to pair well with the color palette of your decor. Consider the colors in the pieces you love, as well as those in your home, to create a sense of balance that reflects your good taste.

Covington’s latest animal-themed piece happens to be about bees and was shown at the latest hive gallery exhibit, the theme of which is “Fresh Honey 2.0”. This piece is a 9″ x 12″ watercolor. The original is available for $225. She recently had a contest to paint a social media follower’s dog. This is the piece in-process: https://www.instagram.com/p/CGETZ_hH4Ea/
